Message The HKS Racing Blow-Off Valve Type II is a pull-type blow off valve for highly tuned applications. Similar to the construction and function as the HKS SSQV, the Racing Blow-off Valve Type II uses a large single stage aluminum pull type valve to handle the extreme amounts pressure and airflow discharge volume that is associated with high boost / horsepower applications. The single pull type valve design of the Racing Blow-Off Valve Type II prevents boost from leaking in the same manner as in the SSQV, and is supplemented with a light vacuum aided spring that improves response at light load conditions. Additionally, the Type II is engineered to accommodate up to 3.0 bar (43.44psi) of boost and can work accurately on vehicles up at 800+ horsepower range. A sleek structured 29mm discharge port contributes to a smooth discharge that also allows for the rerouting of discharged air back into the intake stream. The Racing Blow-Off Valve Type II utilizes the same circular mounting flange and billet aluminum construction as the SSQV to provide exception flow, secure interchangeable mounting, and durability.
